Merrimack Man Charged In 'Road Rage' Incident
Police have arrested a Merrimack man charged in connection with a road rage incident that caused an accident in Merrimack Monday.

MERRIMACK, NH — A 41-year-old Merrimack man turned himself in to police on a warrant Wednesday after being charged in a "road rage" incident that caused an accident Monday, police say. Jason Petrain is charged with reckless driving and conduct after an accident. Police say that after the accident, Petrain also failed to stop and report the crash to the police.
The "road rage" incident and accident occurred in Merrimack on Monday, according to police. After his arrest, Petrain was released on personal recognizance bail. His arraignment is scheduled for June 4 at Merrimack District Court.
