Merrimack Sex Offender Pleads Not Guilty to Federal Child Porn Charges

A Merrimack man facing federal child pornography charges has pleaded not guilty and will go to trial in U.S. District Court in Concord in February, according to The Telegraph.
The Nashua newspaper reported that Keith Burns, 41, of 11 Camp Sargent Road, is facing a single count of receipt of child pornography after being indicted by a federal grand jury in December.
Burns was arrested in March, accused of having posed as a teenage male who convinced a 13-year-old girl in Oregon to send him nude photos. He was indicted on Dec. 4 in federal court following a temporary hold on his case as the U.S. Attorney's office decided whether to indict.
