Four Locals Indicted for Tractor Supply Robbery

The four were allegedly part of a robbery at the store on May 30.

The Union Leader reported this week that four Milford residents have been indicted following their arrests in connection with a robbery at Tractor Supply that took place on May 30.

The Tractor Supply in the Granite Town Plaza was robbed when a person entered the store, passed a note to the clerk demanding money, and then left with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

The ensuing investigation led to these four facing the respective charges below, according to Milford police:

  • Sean M. Riehl, 24, of 15 Spruce St., Milford, charged with criminal liability for the conduct of another (robbery) and possession of a controlled/narcotic drug.
  • Briana K. Baglione, 19, of 1 Wall St., Milford, charged with criminal liability for the conduct of another (robbery), criminal trespass, and breach of bail.
  • Jeremy M. Trask, 25, of 18 Foster Road, Milford, charged with criminal liability for the conduct of another, possession of a controlled narcotic drug, criminal trespass, and breach of bail.
  • Monica G. Bouley, 23, of 15 Spruce St., Milford, charged with robbery and possession of a controlled narcotic drug.
According to the Union Leader report, Riehl has been indicted on one count of criminal liability for the conduct of another – robbery, and possession of a controlled narcotic drug. Trask and Baglione have both been indicted on one count of criminal liability for the conduct of another – robbery.

Bouley was indicted by a Hillsborough County Grand Jury earlier this month on one count of possession of a controlled narcotic (heroin) in excess of five grams, along with one count of robbery.
