This is a story about Jack...
Second Chance Animal Rescue in Puerto Rico,received a 911 call from our veterinarian who had a wonderful rescue who needed our help. He was in bad shape. Thankfully SCAR of PR got to him on time and fixed his wounds and nursed him back to health.
Jack is an extremely lovable lab who had been viciously attacked on the streets of Puerto Rico by a pack of feral dogs. For this reason only, we are searching for his forever home where he can be the only animal so that he may receive all the love and attention he deserves without fear.

He's such a happy boy who just wants love and attention. He's approximately 58 pounds (he needs to lose a few pounds!)
He is about 2 years old. Up-to-date on all shots and has been neutered.

He is a strong boy and gets excited and does like to jump. For this reason alone we are looking for a home where there are no small children as he's a happy happy boy! Jack does not know his own strength.
Jack has also been known to crash hard... :)
Jack is house-trained, affectionate, and just as sweet as can be! He would be a great hiking partner, as he’s LOVES many, many smells- he must investigate each one! At the very least he would love to go for daily walks to explore his new world.
