4:00 p.m. Joseph Frank Mione, 47, of 16 Birchwood Drive in Milford, N.H. is charged with resisting arrest or detention, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and falsifying physical evidence. Bail set at $25,000 cash. Transported to Valley Street Jail.

10:00 a.m. Ashley A. Thibodeau, 25, of 127 Center Road Apt. 57 in Lyndenborough, N.H. is charged with default or breach of bail conditions. Bail set at $1,000 personal recognizance.
10:51 a.m. Jeffrey Scott Smith, 54, of 8 Acton Court Apt. 16 in Greenville, N.H. is charged with conduct after an accident.

10:58 a.m. Wayne Scott O'Brien, 19, of 11 Souhegan St. in Milford, N.H. is charged with driving after revocation or suspension, eye and face protection – motorcycle rules and unregistered vehicle. Bail set at $1,000 personal recognizance.
6:05 p.m. Joshua Parker, 29, of 98 Powers St. Apt. 217 in Milford, N.H. is charged with driving without giving proof and speed. Bail set at $600 personal recognizance.
