Severe Thunderstorms Damage Homes In Milford
At the height of the storm, 25,000 in southern and western New Hampshire were without power.
MILFORD, NH — Storms hit several areas of New Hampshire Tuesday night.
One of the towns that was hit especially hard was Milford. Fire and police responded to multiple calls of trees down, wires down, trees on houses, and numerous alarm calls from residents and businesses. At the height of the storm, about half the town was without power.
Daylight revealed some of the extensive damage in one neighborhood, including Valhalla Drive, Millbrook Drive, and Briar Cliff Drive.

At around 10 a.m. on Wednesday, nearly 400 Eversource customers remained without power.
