3 Arrested for Selling Drugs

The investigations were launched after a concerned resident called the Nashua Police Department about potential illegal drug activity.

The Nashua Police Department arrested three people June 17 as part of an investigation into heroin and cocaine drug dealing in the city.

Police said the three accused are:

  • Paul Overacker, 37, of 73 Ash St., Nashua, was charged with three counts of selling heroin and one count of selling the prescription drug Tramadol. He was being held on $75,000 cash bail pending arraignment June 18.
  • Lindsey Miron, 29, 73 Ash St., Nashua, charged with two counts of selling heroin. Police say she was previously convicted of a drug-related offense. She was being held on $50,000 cash bail pending arraignment June 18.
  • Hector Colon, 28, of 13 Lock St., Apt. A, Nashua, charged with three counts of selling cocaine, and four counts of operating after suspension. He was being held on $75,000 cash bail pending arraignment June 18.
The investigations were launched after a concerned resident called the Nashua Police Department about potential illegal drug activity.
