3 Events in 3 Weeks: Symphony NH Brings the Orchestrated Noise

Something for everyone, thanks to Symphony NH's 2014 programming.

Whether you're a symphonic devotee, or have yet to attend your first
Symphony NH concert, the time is now, as Symphony NH picks up the pace, beginning this weekend with three big events:

1/25/14 (Keefe Center for the Arts at 8 p.m.) Cellist Sergey Antonov takes the stage with Maestro Jonathan McPhee and Symphony NH.  If you haven't seen him in Nashua, don't miss this opportunity to hear him perform Schumann's Cello Concerto.  Also on the program are Mendelssohn's Overture to A Midsummer Night's Dream and Mozart's Symphony No. 39 in E-flat.  Knock the chill off January with this warm, inviting program. Made possible by the generous support of Concert Sponsor Bellwether Community Credit Union. [Watch the YouTube video uploaded here of Antonov performing with the Moscow Symphony Orchestra.]

2/7/14 (Crowne Plaza Nashua at 5:30 p.m.) Don't miss Fanfare, Symphony NH's annual benefit auction.  Immerse yourself in fantastic auction items, dinner, and dancing as we gather to celebrate the people and programs of Symphony NH.  New England Swing provides the entertainment, making this party a perfect way to usher in the month of February.

2/16/14 (Keefe Center for the Arts at 3 p.m.) Bring the entire family to Picture This ... a fun, engaging concert tailor-made for kids!  Music Director Jonathan McPhee will lead Symphony NH in performances of thrilling works by Beethoven, Holst, Stravinsky, Sibelius, Prokofiev and more, plus music from films like Indiana Jones and Pirates of the Caribbean!
