1. Affordable Care Act Sign Ups Begin Today: New Hampshire enrollment starts Tuesday for new insurance plans under the Affordable Care Act, according to the Associated Press. Anyone without insurance or who is seeking to replace their existing coverage can shop for health plans by clicking here. The deadline to purchase coverage for 2014 is March 31. Even if the government shuts down Tuesday, it isn't expected to impact the start of the enrollment period.

Life Limits Art: Two television projects focused on Hillary Clinton got the axe Monday after filmmaker Charles Ferguson, responsible for the CNN documentary, said he could not complete the project because he'd received no cooperation from either Democrats or Republicans. Ferguson, wrote a scathing online essay, saying that the Democrat's camp froze him out and that Republicans had grumbled about meddling in the 2016 presidential race. Read all about it here.
