1. It's Official: Following Monday night's recount, David Schoneman is your new Ward 3 Alderman and Pam Brown will represent Ward 4.
2. Minotaur in Space: A U.S. Air Force Minotaur I rocket is scheduled to lift-off at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 19 from the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport’s Pad-0B at NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia. The Minotaur will launch the Air Force's Operationally Responsive Space Office's ORS-3 mission, which features the deployment of 29 satellites in space. 3. 'Breaking Bad' Alternate Ending: This was my dream ending - and I never even got to watch "Breaking Bad." If you haven't yet seen it, here it is. And as if that's not enough, there are bloopers, too.
4. "It's a Wonderful Life: The Rest of the Story": All these years later comes a sequel to one of America's most-loved holiday classics. The movie, which will focus on George Bailey's grandson, who is not having such a wonderful life, is expected to hit theaters for Christmas 2015.
5. World Toilet Day is No Joke: In fact, a third of the world’s population lack decent sanitation and it's a matter of life and death. Some 2.5 billion people do not have access to adequate sanitation, the United Nations said, and more than 1 billion practice open defecation — a problem that contributes to countess deaths from preventable diseases.
