Alleged Accomplice Arrested in Aerial Cigarette Heist
Cassandra Gurley charged in connection with a May robbery at the Shell Station on West Hollis.

Cassandra Gurley, 21, no fixed address, was arrested Oct. 4 at about 9 a.m. by Nashua Police, charged with theft by unauthorized taking, a class A felony. Gurley was charged as an accomplice in a May 2013 burglary at the Shell Gas Station, 346 West Hollis St.
Police allege that Steven Forest of Concord entered the Shell station bathroom, climbed into the ceiling and then crawled over to the area of the office. Once at the office he located several cartons of cigarettes and carried them back over into the bathroom. After returning to the bathroom, he placed the cartons of cigarettes into a backpack. He then left the business and Gurley entered the bathroom and took the backpack. She then exited the business with the stolen cigarettes.
