Boston, Mass., Man Indicted On Shooting, Stolen Golf Club Charges: Superior Court Indictment Roundup
Westford teen indicted on robbery charges; Nashua man indicted on child sex abuse images; Merrimack sex offender charged with duty to report

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.
Aiden Emanouil, 18, of Mouria Circle in Westford, Massachusetts, on conspiracy to commit armed robbery and armed robbery charges, both felonies. He acted in concert with Tony Babineau to threaten another person, demanding drugs from them, with Emanouil lunging at the victim with a knife, according to the indictments, on Sept. 26, 2024, in Hudson.
Jeffrey Faldasz, 39, of Belknap Road in Hudson, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Feb. 14 in Hudson. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug possession count in Nashua District Court in October 2015.

Jeremy Clay French, 48, of Meredith Drive in Nashua, on five felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing .mpg, .avi, and .mp4 files on Dec. 13, 2024, in Nashua. Daniel Gillis, 46, of Railroad Avenue in Merrimack, on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to register with Merrimack police on Jan. 16. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a duty to inform charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in June 2023.

Thomas Goode, 61, of Autumn Leaf Drive in Nashua, on four felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing a Rolex watch, a 14K gold Concord watch, a gold necklace, and a tennis bracelet from an estate in Hollis between June 1, 2021, and Jan. 3.
Carina Guillermo, 37, of North Seventh Street in Nashua, on receiving stolen property and two forgery charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing a stolen checkbook and drawing $150 on a Bank of America account twice, bearing the signature of another, on July 26 and July 28, 2024, in Nashua.

Sean Richardson, 36, of Atherton Avenue in Nashua, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of biting the arm of a child, leaving a bruise and teeth marks, on March 18 in Nashua.
Luis Rios, 50, of Andover Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, with intent to sell, methamphetamine, fentanyl, and heroin, all felonies, on Feb. 16, Feb. 18, and Feb. 24, 2022, in Nashua.
Damari Sheron Robinson, 20, of Sargent Street in Boston, MA, on second-degree, receiving stolen property, and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of retaining a Range Picker Golf Cart owned by the Nashua Country Club on Aug. 1, 2024. Robinson was also accused of shooting another person on April 9 in Nashua. Mark Ruppel, 37, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on March 26 in Nashua.
Brittany Sprague, 37, of Grand Avenue Derry Street in Hudson, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine on July 9, 2024, in Nashua.
Crystal Stott, 29, of Lake Street in Nashua, on second-degree assault and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. She was accused of punching another person in the face, causing a ruptured eye globe April 28. On May 8, she attempted to induce another by requesting them to delete evidence of an assault on their cellphone, believing an investigation was pending, according to an indictment.
