Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua Awards $65,000 in Scholarships

NASHUA, N.H. – The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua brought together scholarship recipients and the donors who help make their academic dreams possible at their 2025 Scholarship Social, held on July 30. A powerful celebration of potential, generosity, and meaningful connection, the annual event creates a special space to share stories, express gratitude, and build lasting relationships.

This year, 21 outstanding young people were awarded a total of $65,000 in scholarships to support their continued education. These students, many of whom grew up with the Club, embody resilience, determination, and a drive to succeed.

The 2025 scholarship recipients are pursuing a diverse range of academic and professional goals. Some are staying close to home, attending schools such as Nashua Community College, Rivier University, Southern New Hampshire University, and Saint Anselm College. Others are continuing their education farther from New Hampshire, at institutions including the University of Maryland, Georgia Tech, the University of North Carolina Greensboro, and Ecole de Management Leonard de Vinci in France. Their fields of study span Speech Language Pathology, Environmental Science, Animation Game Design, International Business, and more, reflecting the depth and breadth of their aspirations.

“This is one of the most meaningful evenings of the year academically,” said Meghan Fitzgerald, Senior Director of Advancement. “It’s a beautiful reminder of what’s possible when our community invests in the next generation. Seeing donors and scholars connect face-to-face makes the impact of these scholarships feel very real and very powerful.”

The event created space for heartfelt conversations between donors and scholars, building new connections and deepening the sense of community that defines the Club.
