Chelmsford Teen Indicted On Firearm, Riot Charges After West Hollis Street Shooting: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Pelham man accused of firing gun at cops; man accused of cutting a woman with a knife; Nashua woman accused of selling fentanyl.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.
Georgios Arseniou, 65, of Tallant Road in Pelham, on a felony first-degree assault charge. He was accused of cutting a woman, a member of his family, with a knife, on July 16 in Pelham.
Richard Beaudin, 48, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-clonazepam on June 20 in Nashua. According to the indictment, he was previously convicted of acts prohibited in Carroll County Superior Court in March 2023.

John P. Blouin, 52, of Brookfield Drive in Groton, Massachusetts, on a felony count of fraudulent retail transactions. He was accused of swapping UPC labels five times at Walmart in Hudson between Jan. 25 and March 8.
Sheldon Ryan Brockelbank, 33, of Nashua Road in Pelham, on two attempted first-degree assault-deadly weapon and three reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of firing a gun through the door of an apartment while Pelham police were in the hallway on May 16. James Canney, 63, of Depot Road in Epping, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-crack cocaine charge on May 15 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in Hills North on a subsequent possession charge in May 2019 and possession in April 2021 in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Timothy Casey, 23, of Martin Street in Nashua, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of concealing two backpacks in the woods of Hudson to impede an investigation on April 14.

Austin Fredette, 27, of Maple Street in Wilton, felon in possession of a deadly weapon-firearm and three duty to report charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a gun on March 12 in Wilton after being convicted of felonious sexual assault in Hills South in May 2021. Fredette also did not register a phone number with Wilton police on Jan. 9 or a temporary residence or domicile on Feb. 3 and March 12 in Wilton, according to the indictments.

Benjamin Galucki, 30, of North Amherst Road in Bedford on four felony counts of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images. He was accused of disseminating images of a woman on June 15, June 30, July 28, and Oct. 25, 2022, in Nashua to harass her.
Wayne Geddes, 45, of Palm Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on June 21 in Nashua.
Emyle Greenleaf, 30, of Balcom Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Jan. 9 in Nashua. She was accused of selling fentanyl to a person cooperating with Nashua police. Previously, according to the indictment, Greenleaf was convicted of control of premises in April 2022 in Hills South.
Nigel Griffin, 19, of Tyngsboro Road in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, on falsifying physical evidence, two riot, and three reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of firing a gun from a vehicle on West Hollis Street in Nashua on Aug. 16, 2023. Griffin also engaged with two or more other people to act violently and cause a public alarm, firing a gun from a business on West Hollis Street in Nashua, on Aug. 16, 2023, and then hid the gun to impair an investigation, according to the indictments.
Alissa Selena R. Gutierrez, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Oct. 4, 2024, in Hudson.
