Child Porn Found On Man's Device: Nashua Police

Nashua police charged Daniel Hebert with 10 counts of possession of child sex abuse images.

NASHUA, NH — Police on Monday arrested a local man after they said they found child pornography on his mobile device. Daniel Hebert, 62, with no fixed address, was charged with 10 counts of felony-level possession of child sexual abuse images. He refused bail and was held in custody.

Police Lt. Daniel Mederos said a state probation officer contacted the department last week and reported Hebert was possibly involved in an "internet offense."

"Members of the Criminal Investigation Division furthered the investigation and as a result, numerous child sexual abuse images were located on Hebert’s mobile device," Mederos said in a statement.
