Convicted Felon + Stun Gun = More Legal Trouble

In NH, convicted felons are prohibited from having weapons, including stun guns.

On October 3, 2013, at approximately 9:30 pm, members of the Nashua Police Department’s Uniform Operations Bureau arrested Eric Roman, 22, of 3 Strawberry Bank Road, Apt. #10, Nashua, charged with possession of electronic defense weapon by felons prohibited, a class B felony.

The Nashua Police Department’s Uniform Field Operation Bureau came into contact with Eric Roman while he was in possession of a stun gun, aka an electronic defense weapon. Upon conducting a criminal history check, police learned Roman is a convicted felon. He was subsequently arrested without incident and charged.

Roman’s bail was set at $1,500 cash or surety pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on October 4, 2013.
