Despite Struggles, Nashua Mom Raised Son To Be 'So Smart And Bright'

NASHUA, NH— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!

What makes your Mom extra special?

Although she isn’t my mom, she has stepped up and so much more from a young age on, a big sister who took on the mom role. Has been there through the ups and downs. She has raised her son to be so smart and bright. even with everything she has been through. She is so selfless and caring and doesn’t even realize how much of a difference she has made in people's lives. Blessed is beyond words. Want to say thank you for it all! Happy Mother’s Day !

Why do you feel your Mom deserves the spotlight?

I feel like every mom needs to feel special in some way or another, a little appreciation goes a long way. You work so hard and think it’s not enough or that it’s overlooked. A simple post to motivate to “keep on keeping on”
