Ignite the Voice Within Workshop

Ignite the Voice Within Peggo Horstmann Hodes and Yvonne Dunetz are collaborating on a unique workshop Saturday, May 4th 2013, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Nashua Adult Learning Center – 4 Lake Street, Nashua, NH.
We will Walk as One at 1 p.m. for World Peace at the Reflection Garden & Labyrinth at Rotary Common in Celebration of World Labyrinth Day. The Labyrinth Walk is Free and everyone is welcome. Peggo Horstmann Hodes, will grace our community with her beautiful voice as we begin the Celebration, in addition Yvonne Dunetz, will lead the walk with a blessing for World Peace.
Truth is our identity. The more we connect with our core/soul voice, the more we experience who we really are. Through toning, breath work, singing, chanting, writing, yoga, dancing and walking the Labyrinth, we will release energetic blocks and re-awaken our fundamental vibration. Connecting voice to breath, breath to heart, and heart to spirit, we will let our souls sing.
