Lil' Iguana Family Fun Day

The Lil’ Iguana’s Children’s Safety Foundation (www.liliguanausa.org), the leader in proactive and preventative child safety programs, will be hosting its Family Fun Day event on Saturday, May 11th from 10:00am-4:00pm at Nashua High School South located at 36 Riverside Street in Nashua, NH.

The overall event will focus on health, fitness, safety, and literacy for children and their families. There will be a large section of the event dedicated to health and fitness including samples of nutritious foods and beverages, and easy and fun ways to stay active and play.

Activities at Family Fun Day include Free Diagnostic testing by Allen Mello Dodge, bounce houses by Jump Around NH, Fishercat baseball pitching station, face painting, balloon art, kids activities and crafts, Party Palace princess characters, the New England Brethren of Pirates, coloring contest, and so much more.

All participants in the coloring contest will receive a book as their prize when they return their entry form to Family Fun Day. There will be two grand prize coloring contest winners who receive new bikes with helmets donated by Target.

The Dance Company, Belinda Bridgeman Academy of Dance, Tokyo Joe’s Studio of Self-Defense, The Red Stars, Illusionist Mark Boody, Mad Science, Y Dance in Motion, Music for Kids with Sharon Novak, Big Joe the Storyteller, and a Mascot Parade.

Costume characters and team mascots will be participating in a Mascot Parade at 12:20 pm and will holding Meet and Greets from 10:30am-2:30 pm including Lil’ Iguana, Canaligator, Wild E. The Lil’ Iguana’s Children’s Safety Foundation’s mission is to use prevention programs to save children from abduction, abuse, child predators, and serious accidental injuries with proactive, music-based programs that are designed specifically for children ages two through eight so they will retain crucial safety messages.
