The Governor and Executive Council, at their meeting held July 10, 2013, approved a Precept for a Special Election to be held for State Representative in Hillsborough County District 35 (Nashua Ward 8)
Candidates may file with the Nashua City Clerk's Office during normal business hours on Monday July 29 or Tuesday, July 30 or candidates may file with the Secretary of State's Office during normal business hours from Monday July 29 through Monday August 5.
Primary election will be held on September 17, 2013.
Special election will be held on November 5, 2013.
NOTE: If only one person from each party files, there will be no primary and the special election will be held on September 17, 2013.
