Harbor Care Announces 2025 Mobile Health Access Unit Schedule
This year's location partners include the Nashua and Merrimack YMCA and the Boys and Girls Club in Milford.

NASHUA, NH — Harbor Care proudly unveils the 2025 schedule for its Mobile Health Access Unit, a vital community resource delivering accessible healthcare and support services throughout the Greater Nashua area.
Operated by Harbor Care’s Community Health Services team, the unit directly brings health education, insurance assistance, and other essential services to residents at convenient locations.

This year’s location partners include the Nashua and Merrimack YMCA and the Boys and Girls Club in Milford.
“Community services are all about consistency and strong community partners,” Magna Krieger, the director of community health services at Harbor Care Health & Wellness Center, said. “In 2024, we connected with nearly 2,000 individuals, helping them navigate critical resources such as health insurance, language access, and medical and dental appointments. Our goal is to ensure that everyone in our community has access to the care they need.”

2025 Mobile Health Access Unit Schedule
- Every Other Tuesday, 4 to 6:30 p.m. at the Nashua Division of Public Health & Community Services, 18 Mulberry St. in Nashua
- Every Monday, 11 a.m. to noon at the Harbor Care Health & Wellness-United Way’s Pop-Up Pantry, 45 High St. in Nashua
- Every Other Thursday, 3 to 5 p.m. at the Nashua YMCA, 24 Stadium Drive in Nashua
- 2nd & 4th Monday, 4 to 6 p.m. at the Merrimack YMCA, 6 Henry Clay Drive in Merrimack
- Every Other Monday, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Every Other Tuesday, 10 a.m. to noon at Southern NH Rescue Mission, 40 Chestnut St. in Nashua
- 1st & 3rd Wednesday, 4 to 6 p.m. Milford Boys & Girls Club 56 Mont Vernon St. in Milford
- Thursdays, 12-3 p.m. Street Outreach at area encampments
The Mobile Health Access Unit provides health education, assistance with health insurance enrollment, and referrals to community resources, among other services. Updates will be posted at harborcarenh.org/community-health.
Harbor Care’s Community Health Workers are trusted community members who provide essential connections to healthcare and social services. They address barriers to care and offer low-barrier solutions through outreach, education, and partnerships with local organizations.
The Mobile Health Access Unit exemplifies this mission by traveling to schools, community centers, and other locations to meet individuals where they are. Services include telehealth for established patients, health insurance navigation, and access to vaccines and other resources.
