
Hudson firefighters from the Robinson Road, Central and Burns Hill Stations responded to a house fire at 61 Rangers Drive just after noon on Nov. 27.
Residents of the home called 911 for assistance at the 2-story single family home for a fire which originated in the basement.
Firefighters arrived to find heavy smoke filling the basement, and did a sweep of the home to make sure all residents were evacuated.

There were a total of 14 firefighters and incident commanders on the scene. Firefighters had the bulk of the fire knocked down within 14 minutes, according to Capt. David Morin. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation and the loss is still being estimated.
