Hudson Man Charged With DWI After Rolling Truck Into Gully
A passenger in the truck suffered minor injuries, police said.

Arthur Eldredge, 52, of Hudson, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a rollover accident Aug. 20.
At about 3 p.m., Hudson Police Department and Hudson Fire Department responded to the area of 123 Wason Road for single car rollover accident. Upon arrival they determined that Eldredge was driving the 2011 Ford F150 pick up when he careened off the road and into a gully. Eldridge was not injured in the accident.
A passenger in the vehicle, identified as Donald Drayer, 41, of Hudson, was transported to Southern New Hampshire Regional Medical Center to be evaluated for minor injuries. Eldridge and Drayer were both wearing their seatbelts.
After an on-scene investigation, Eldridge was taken into custody for DWI and open container. He was released on $1000 personal recognizance bail, and is scheduled to appear at the 9th Circuit Court – Nashua Division on September 5, 2013.
Portions of Wason Road were closed during the investigation and removal of Eldridge’s motor vehicle. The road was re-opened at 6 p.m.
