NH Cops Aware Of Local Connection To Accused Maine Gunman
Card, who is wanted in connection with the shooting in Lewiston, Maine, was in Hudson, New Hampshire in the last week.
HUDSON, NH - Hudson police were made aware of a possible connection that a business in town may have had with Maine shooting suspect Robert Card.
Card is wanted in connection to the shooting that killed 18 people in Lewiston, Maine, and injured several others.
Sources indicated Card drove a truck for a company between Maine and a business on Security Drive in Hudson. Prior to the day of the shooting, he had been making deliveries to a bakery outlet in Hudson.

An employee who wished to remain anonymous indicated Card had an “altercation with another employee” in the past week and was no longer employed by the company.
Trucks parked in the parking lot of bakery outlet had markings on the doors of vehicles that said Lepage Bakeries from Auburn, ME. Auburn is in the same vicinity of where the shootings occurred in Lewiston.

Hudson Police Captain David Cayot said that when they were made aware of the information that was posted on Facebook. The information was passed on to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
Thursday morning the bakery outlet remained open and Hudson police cruisers could be seen driving by the area several times.
Several parents reported seeing additional police in the area of Hudson schools. Cayot confirmed additional police resources were assigned to the schools, however, there was no specific threat that was known to the schools. The additional police resources were directed to the schools to assure parents and children the resources were available.
Tyngsborough High School is located just south of Security Drive. One Tyngsborough cruiser was seen parked outside of the school.
No credible information was developed that the suspect was actually in the Hudson area on Wednesday night or Thursday.
Windham Police were notified Thursday morning of a person matching the description of Robert Card. Law enforcement searched for two different vehicles, but did not locate them.
Citizens are reminded if anyone has information or sees Robert Card to not approach him, and immediately contact local police or call 911.
