Hudson PD Seek Driver in Hit-and-Run Crash

A silver sedan with heavy driver's side damage was involved in this crash Saturday night.

Hudson Police are seeking the public's help in finding a hit-and-run driver that left the scene of a crash Saturday night at the intersection of Route 102 and Ferry Street.

At about 7 p.m. Mary Kocinski, 66, of Nashua, was stopped waiting to make a right turn on to Ferry Street from Route 102, driving a 2000 Acura Integra, when a silver sedan, unknown make, came toward her across the intersection and stayed to the left of the traffic island separating the lanes of traffic on Route 102, hitting Kocinski's car.

Police said the driver's side of the other vehicle hit the driver's side of Kocinski's car and was heavily damaged. After a few moments that vehicle fled the scene.

Kocinski and a female passenger were both wearing seatbelts and were not seriously injured. Airbags inside Kocinski's car were deployed on impact.

Hudson Police are asking anyone with information about this accident to contact Officer Roger Lamarche at (603) 886-6011 or rlamarche@hudsonnh.gov. An anonymous Crime-Line can also be reached at (603) 594-1150.
