Hudson Teen Indicted On Litchfield Crash Manslaughter, Homicide-DUI Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Nashua man indicted for burglary, strangulation; man, with priors, indicted on 7 drug sale charges; Pelham man indicted on shooting charge.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.
Edward Games Baron, 26, of Concord Road in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on March 22 in Pelham.
Robert M. Bates, 40, of no fixed address in Nashua, on four felony counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-subsequent, buprenorphine, methamphetamine, fentanyl, and crack cocaine, and three felony sale of a controlled drug-subsequent, crack cocaine and fentanyl, on April 9 and April 14 in Nashua. He was previously convicted, according to the indictment, on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in May 2017. Richard Beaudin, 48, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony count possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl-subsequent on May 19 in Nashua and a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on Feb. 5 in Nashua. He was previously convicted on a controlled drug: control of premises where drugs are kept in October 2024 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Sheldon Ryan Brockelbank, 33, of Nashua Road in Pelham on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of firing a gun through a door while Pelham police were present in the hallway on a service call on May 16.

Mark Bujold, 59, of Worcester Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 5 in Nashua.
Ryan G. Bunker, 35, of Nye Avenue in Nashua, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Route 101A in Merrimack on Oct. 9, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in July 2024.

John Patrick Burke Jr., 19, of Jefferson Drive in Hudson, on manslaughter, negligent homicide-DUI, two reckless conduct, and three aggravated driving while intoxicated charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving at a high rate of speed on Route 102 in Litchfield, while drunk, and colliding with a motorcycle being driven by Jeffrey Day, 57, killing him, on April 30, as well as another vehicle, causing an injury to that driver.
Connor Mello, 29, of Chagnon Lane in Hudson, on manufacture of child sexual abuse images, distribution of child sexual abuse images, and two certain uses of computer services prohibited charges, all felonies. He was accused of luring a child on Kik to create a video of her on Jan. 21 in Hudson and attempting to solicit her for sexual assault on Feb. 26 in Hudson. Mello was also accused of taking a video of a boy’s private parts and sending it to another person on Kik on Feb. 20 in Hudson.

Edward Owens Morante, 28, of Chandler Street in Nashua on four felony domestic violence charges. He was accused of threatening a family or household member with a knife on April 18 in Nashua.
Travis Morgan, 42, of no fixed address in Nashua, on criminal threatening and felon in possession charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening another person with a machete on July 17, 2024, in Nashua. Morgan is a felon due to a second-degree assault conviction in June 2016.
Andrew Morrill, 41, of River Street in Greenville, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving in a reckless manner in Greenville on Feb. 14.

Marcus Ndlovu, 23, of Anvil Drive in Nashua, on burglary and second-degree assault-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a home on Broad Street and strangling an intimate partner on May 12 in Nashua.
David Nelson, 37, of Twin Meadow Drive in Hudson, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Aug. 2, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of control of premises in April 2024 in Rockingham County Superior Court.
