A 1-year-old boy who was badly injured earlier this month has been released from the hospital.
"The baby is out of the hospital and in Foster Care at this time," Nashua Police Lt. Denis Linehan said in an email on Tuesday morning.
On Feb. 5, the child was brought to a local hospital from an Ash Street residence by a family member and transferred to a Manchester hospital for more intensive care. He was initially listed in critical condition but then upgraded to stable but guarded condition a day later.
Linehan said the incident is still under investigation, but no charges have been filed at this point.
