MA Fentanyl Dealer Who Targeted Nashua Pleads Guilty

Admitted fentanyl dealer Juan Garcia, of Roxbury, Massachusetts, sold drugs in Nashua, authorities said.

CONCORD, NH — A Massachusetts fentanyl dealer who targeted Nashua pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge in federal court in Concord on Thursday, officials said. Juan Garcia, 34, of Roxbury, admitted to conspiracy to distribute fentanyl.

Garcia went by "Tony" and had associates in Lawrence, Massachusetts, according to U.S. Attorney Scott Murray. He was arrested in April 2017 after selling fentanyl to an undercover agent, Murray said.

“Fentanyl trafficking poses a grave danger to the health and safety of our citizens,” Murray said in a statement. “We will aggressively target and prosecute those who are distributing this lethal drug in the Granite State.”
