Man Accused Of Distributing Sexually Explicit Photos Of Acquaintance
Nashua Police arrested and charged Jason L. Cloutier, 44, with the distribution of sexually explicit content without consent.
NASHUA, NH — Police arrested and charged a Nashua man they accuse of distributing explicit images of a woman known to him without her consent.
Jason L. Cloutier, 44, was arrested on June. 5 with non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images, police said.
If convicted, Cloutier faces a maximum penalty of seven years in prison.

Nashua Police responded to a domestic violence related call involving Cloutier on June. 4. During their investigation, police determined that Cloutier had distributed the sexually explicit images. They also charged Cloutier with two counts of breach of bail for violating the terms of his release for an unrelated incident that occurred May. 20, police said.
