Man Carrying Flat Screen TV Down Street Arrested for Burglary
Police officers questioned Jeremy Gagnon about the TV he was carrying down the street, leading to his arrest.

Jeremy Gagnon, 26, of 91A Ash Street, Nashua, was arrested Nov. 23 charged by Nashua Police with burglary, a class A felony.
According to a police narrative, on November 23, 2013, plain clothes officers were patrolling a downtown neighborhood and observed a man carrying a large flat screen television set down the street. Contact was made with the subject, who was identified as Gagnon. Detectives assigned to the Nashua Police Department’s Burglary Unit furthered the investigation and conducted an interview with Gagnon. Gagnon admitted to breaking into an apartment located on Blossom Street and stealing the property.
A class A felony is punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Gagnon was held on $20,000 cash or surety bail, pending his upcoming arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court.
