Man Charged with Stealing $1,100 in Jewelry from Nashua Home
Police say John Brinley of Manchester allegedly stole some jewelry from a south end residence.

John Brinley of 100 Brook St., Apartment # 1, Manchester, was arrested Jan. 23 on a warrant charging him with theft by unauthorized taking, a class B felony.
On August 30, 2013, a report was received by the Nashua Police Department in reference to the theft of about $1100 worth of jewelry from a south end residence. Through the course of the investigation Brinley was identified as a suspect and a subsequent warrant was obtained.
A Class B Felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines for each count. Brinley refused bail and will be arraigned in the 9th Circuit Court-Nashua Division on January 24, 2014.
