Man From Epping Indicted On Rape, Strangulation Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Florida felon indicted on firearm charge; Manchester man indicted on Merrimack theft charges; drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.

Daniel Cadette, 56, of Temple Street in Nashua, on common nuisances and three sale of a controlled drug, fentanyl and cocaine mix, and fentanyl, charges, all felonies. He was accused of selling the drugs to a cooperating person working with Nashua police on April 15, 21, and May 13, 2025.

Eric J. Chadbourne, 38, of Batchelder Avenue in Manchester, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of flashing a firearm during a verbal argument in Hudson on Oct. 9, 2025.

Demitrious Saivohn Charles, 26, of Gillis Street in Nashua, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of brandishing a knife and approaching another person while armed with it on July 2, 2025, in Nashua.

Shawn Cochrane, 55, of Hamilton Road in Epping, on criminal restraint, three second-degree assault, and four aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling a woman with a bedsheet, dragging her back into a Hudson hotel room, raping and sexually assaulting her repeatedly, and strangling her on Aug. 2, 2025.

Carlos Contreras Perez, 36, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, on aggravated felonious sexual assault and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of raping another person and striking them in the head with a glass object, causing a laceration that required several staples on Sept. 14, 2025, in Nashua.

Robert S. Cunningham, 34, of Timbertop Road in New Ipswich, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling another person in New Ipswich on Sept. 24, 2025.

Austin Davis, 28, of Sandra Drive in Weeki Wachee, Florida, on pistols & revolvers, convicted felons and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing a pistol and removing it to impair an investigation by the Hudson police on May 23, 2025. Davis is a felon due to a cocaine possession charge in Hernando County, Florida, in April 2019.

Mohammed Diaby, 22, of Dekalb Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,501 in merchandise from Ulta Beauty in Nashua on May 2, 2024.

Brittney Fronk, 27, of no fixed address in Nashua, on four felony counts of controlled drug; acts prohibited, fentanyl and cocaine mix, cocaine, and fentanyl on July 11, 2023, in Nashua.

Amber Girouard, 40, of Knightsbridge Drive in Nashua, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug, crack cocaine, and methamphetamine, on May 8, 2025, in Nashua.

Adam Grenier, 46, of Verona Street in Nashua, on a felony conduct after an accident charge. He was accused of failing to stop after a crash where another person was injured in Pelham on Oct. 22, 2024.

Alissa Selena R. Gutierrez, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, crack cocaine, fentanyl, and cocaine with intent to sell, on April 27 and July 19, 2025, in Nashua.

Joseph Haywood, 40, of Henriette Street in Manchester on organized retail crime enterprise and three theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He, with help from Maria Mauras, stole merchandise from Aeropostale, Levi’s, and American Eagle between July 27 and Aug. 1, 2025, in Merrimack, according to the indictments.
