City Of Nashua Hosts Inauguration Ceremony Sunday
Officiated by U.S. Rep. Maggie Goodlander, the run-of-show will include the swearing-in of elected officials and brief remarks from leaders.

NASHUA, NH — The city of Nashua will officially welcome its elected officials during the 2026 Inauguration Ceremony, a free, public event marking the beginning of a new term of service and reaffirming the city’s commitment to civic engagement and democratic values.
The ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 4, 2026, with doors opening at 9 a.m., at the Nashua Center for the Arts, 201 Main St. in Nashua. This event is open to residents, community partners, and members of the media.
Officiated by U.S. Rep. Maggie Goodlander, the run-of-show will include the swearing-in of Nashua’s elected officials and brief remarks from city leadership. An organizational public meeting of the Board of Aldermen will take place on-site after the inauguration.

Residents who are unable to attend in person will have the opportunity to view the ceremony live on Nashua GovTV, Channel 16, and online at nashuanh.gov/823/Government-TV-16-Live-Stream. The entire recording will be uploaded to the City’s YouTube channel, @NashuaBOAmeetings.
