Nashua Man Accused Of Gun Threat, Shooting At Occupied Structures: Hillsborough County Indictment Roundup

Merrimack, Nashua men face child sexual abuse image charges; stalker indicted on arson charges; Litchfield woman accused of welfare fraud.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.

Nicole Bailey, 42, of no fixed address in Nashua, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamine on Jan. 23, 2023, in Nashua.

Angelica Dunham, 28, of Stark Lane in Litchfield, on two felony counts of public welfare-prohibited act. She worked in concert with Scott Lansing to obtain SNAP benefits between Oct. 1, 2021, and Sept. 30, 2024, and failed to report income or any change in her circumstance that would affect her eligibility, according to the indictments.

Fernand Fauteux, 38, of Back Canaan Road in Strafford, on theft by deception and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of obtaining a Harley-Davidson Road Glide by selling a black dump trailer, owned by C3 Rentals in Nashua, to another person, which he did not own, on June 2, 2024.

Ashlee Fisher, 27, of E. Vail Lane in Gaylord, Michigan, on a felony accomplice to robbery charge. She aided Michael Roig by engaging in a conversation with and luring the victim to a place where Roig was waiting, with what appeared to be a deadly weapon, to rob the victim on July 30, 2025, in Nashua, according to the indictment.

Jonathan P. Fote, 40, of Ash Street in Nashua, on four felony counts of first-degree assault and four felony counts of second-degree assault. He was accused of striking an intimate partner in the head repeatedly with his hands and-or feet, causing a nasal fracture, broken ribs, and a pneumothorax on Nov. 10, 2023, in Nashua.

Christopher Gagnon, 30, of Camilla Avenue in Dracut, Massachusetts, on pistols & revolvers; armed career criminals and possession of marijuana with intent to sell charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing a gun and between 1 ounce and 5 pounds of marijuana on April 29, 2024, in Nashua. Gagnon is a felon due to three armed robbery convictions in February and September 2014 in Middlesex County in Massachusetts and May 2017 in Hills South.

Mason Guerette-Messuri, 22, of Tenby Drive in Nashua, on four felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing an image and videos on May 30, 2025, in Nashua. Joseph Hall, 37, of Pine Street in Nashua, on theft by unauthorized taking and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and cocaine mix. He was accused of possessing the drug on July 24, 2025, in Nashua. On Aug. 18, 2025, Hall stole DeWalt batteries from Lowe’s in Nashua, according to the indictment. Hall was previously convicted of theft in October 2008 in Merrimack District Court and Hills South in July 2014. He was also previously convicted of acts prohibited in December 2017 in Hills South.

Jonathan David Terrones, 35, of Mallard Point in Merrimack, on eight felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing photos on May 3, 2024, in Merrimack.

Nicholas Ryan Tsetsakis, 24, of Worcester Street in Nashua, on criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and three reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a gun at another person on July 3, 2025, and saying, “I will shoot,” or words to that effect, and firing the gun three times in the direction of occupied structures.

David Vasquez-Larkin, 39, of Brittany Lane in Barrington, on stalking-domestic violence and two arson charges, all felonies. He was accused of appearing at the home of a former intimate partner and a protected party on July 18, 2025, after previously being convicted on a stalking charge in November 2020 in Nashua District Court. Vasquez-Larkin started fires on July 18, 2025, at a home on King Street and a garage and home on Arlington Street in Nashua, according to the indictments.

Illias Zotos, 38, of no fixed address in Manchester, on two felony interference with custody charges. He was accused of detaining two children in Hollis on Dec. 4, 2023, and taking them out of state from a parent having lawful rights and responsibilities.
