Man From Nashua Indicted On 8 Child Rape Charges: Superior Court Indictment Roundup

Man indicted on child assault charges; man accused of possessing child sexual abuse images charges; teen accused of stealing gift cards.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.

Jayveon Capel-Faucette, 19, of Morgan Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing gift cards valued at more than $1,500 at the Hannaford grocery store in Nashua between Sept. 23 and Dec. 18, 2024.

Brandon Castro, 38, of Chase Street in Nashua, on a felony domestic violence-second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking a child under 13 in the face, causing a scratch, between April 18 and April 21 in Nashua.

Brian Davis, 34, of Elaine Street in Hudson, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-boldenone undecylenate on Nov. 10, 2024, in Nashua.

Vernon Davis, 40, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Nashua on May 13.

Jordan Duran, 47, of Palm Street in Nashua, on second-degree assault and reckless conduct-domestic violence-deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of using a vehicle to drag an intimate partner across a parking lot on May 28 in Nashua.

Daniel O’Neil, 34, of Railroad Square in Nashua, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-clonazepam charge on March 18 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in January 2019.

Ashley Ormandy, 39, of Gillis Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-oxycodone HCI charge on Oct. 16, 2023, in Nashua.

Angel A. Perez-Negron, 44, of Shattuck Street in Nashua, on eight felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of raping two children repeatedly between July 1, 20216, and June 30, 2021, and June 1 and Aug. 30, 2024, in Nashua.

Nelshon Pires, 20, of Moreland Street in Brockton, Massachusetts, on two criminal mischief and three theft by unauthorized taking charges. He worked in concert with Micaiah Taylor, Derek Gaillot, and Marc Etienne to steal three Dodge Durangos and damaging two of them on March 2, 2024, in Nashua, according to the indictments.

Gerald P. Polombo, 66, of Westwood Drive in Nashua, on three possession of child sexual abuse images and three distribution of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of sharing a video and photos on Feb. 17, 2024, and possessing them on May 24, 2024.
