Man Passed Fake Adderall Prescription In Nashua: Police

Nashua police said Theodoros Bahtsevanos tried to fraudulently obtain 90 Adderall pills at the Hannaford pharmacy.

NASHUA, NH — A New Hampshire man was arrested and accused of passing a fake prescription for 90 Adderall pills at a Nashua pharmacy over the summer, police said Monday. Theodoros Bahtsevanos, of Manchester, was charged with uttering a forged prescription, a felony. He was released on bond.

Nashua Police Lt. Brian Kenney said on May 13, a Hannaford pharmacist told officers Bahtsevanos passed a fake prescription for 90 tablets of 30-milligram Adderall pills then left the story. Police obtained a warrant for Bahtsevanos' arrest and he was subsequently arrested in Haverhill, Massachusetts. He waived extradition and was recently transported back to New Hampshire, where he was taken into custody Friday by Nashua police.

Bahtsevanos will be arraigned Dec. 28 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
