Manchester Man Indicted On Shooting Incident In Nashua: Hillsborough County Superior Court South Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.
Dagoberto J. Castillo, 21, of Palm Street in Nashua, on forgery and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of uttering a check owned by others and payable to himself in excess of $1,501 at St. Mary’s Bank in Nashua on Nov. 25 and Nov. 26, 2024.
Lewis Anthony Clark, 47, of Lowell Street in Nashua, on four felony counts of convicted felons. He was accused of possessing brass or metallic knuckles, a Springfield Armory pistol, a Taurus pistol, and a Desert Eagle pistol in Nashua on April 16.

Damien Coffie, 42, of Newton Drive in Nashua, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-oxycodone charge on Sept. 10, 2024, in Hudson.
Blanca Cruz, 35, of Palm Street in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charges. She was accused of selling the drug to a person cooperating with the Nashua police on Feb. 1 and March 26, 2024.

Tiffany Draughn, 39, of Mountain View Drive in Inman, South Carolina, on a felony interference with custody charge. She was accused of knowingly taking a Hudson teenager on May 12 to Massachusetts with the intent to detain or conceal the child from a parent.

John Garcia, 55, of Morgan Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a SanDisk memory card from Walmart in Hudson on Feb. 4 after twice before being convicted of theft in Strafford County Superior Court in December 2005 and Nashua District Court in November 2008.
River Kioko Greye, 28, of Magnolia Boulevard in North Hollywood, California, on a felony possession of psilocybin charge on Jan. 23 in Merrimack.
Joseph Hall, 37, of Pine Street in Nashua, on theft by unauthorized taking and four controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine mix, fentanyl and cocaine mix, fentanyl, and fentanyl and cocaine mix, all felonies. The drug charges stemmed from incidents on April 26, May 23, June 7, and June 9 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, Hall was convicted on acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in December 2017. The theft charge involved merchandise at Best Buy in Nashua on April 25. Twice before, according to the indictment, Hall has been convicted on theft charges, in Merrimack District Court in October 2008 and Hillsborough County Superior Court North in July 2014.
Brett Houle, 33, of Central Street in Manchester, on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of firing a shotgun in a heavily populated area of Nashua on May 26. Tyler Humphrey, 32, of Ash Court in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charges on April 1 and April 24 in Nashua.
