Meet Future Leaders From Nashua And Celebrate Their Achievements

Patch and T-Mobile have partnered to highlight young people's academic achievements as they prepare for the future.

NASHUA, NH — The future of Nashua is looking bright, thanks to the incredible young people working to strengthen our community. In partnership with T-Mobile, Patch is proud to spotlight future leaders working hard at college to prepare for the future.

Anansya Latka of Nashua, who majoring in Media Arts Production and is a member of the Class of 2025, was named to Emerson College's Dean's List for the Fall 2024 semester. Emery Frost of Nashua, who is majoring in Design/Technology and is a member of the Class of 2027, was also named. So was Seth Greenberg of Nashua. He is majoring in Musical Theatre and is a member of the Class of 2028. To make the Dean's List, students must have a grade point average of 3.7 or higher for that semester.

Four Nashua students were named to the College of the Holy Cross' Dean's List for outstanding academic achievement during the Fall semester of the 2024-25 academic year. They were Curtis Harris-Lopez, class of 2025; Lindsay Hult, class of 2025; Emily Seiler, class of 2026; and Eliana Youssef, class of 2027. To qualify for the Dean's List, students must pass four or more letter-graded courses with no failing grades during the semester and earn a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Smrithi Menon of Nashua was named to the Dean's List at Hamilton College for the fall 2024 semester. To be named to the Dean's List, a student must be a member of the Class of 2025, 2026, or 2027 and have carried a course load of four or more graded credits throughout the semester and earned an average GPA of 3.5 or above on a 4.0 scale. Menon, a sophomore, is a graduate of Bishop Guertin High School.

Emmanuel College named seven students to the Dean's List for the Fall 2024 semester: Alessia Miller, a Biology major; Juliana Mazuera, a Criminology & Criminal Justice major; Kendall Froment, a Nursing major; Maribel Gutierrez, a Double Major; English; Secondary Education major; Armon Farahani, a Biology major; Gabrielle O'Connor, an Economics-International Economics major; and Ariel Alvarado Blanco, an Undeclared major. To earn a spot on the Dean's List, Emmanuel students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for a 16-credit semester.

Tufts University recently announced the dean's list for the fall 2024 semester. Students in Nashua named include
Sahana Darbhamulla, Class of 2025; Nikhil Vootkur, Class of 2025; Nora Palkon, Class of 2026; Sami Witta, Class of 2027; Margaret Nalen, Class of 2027; and Brandon Yeung, Class of 2028. Dean's list honors at Tufts University require a semester grade point average of 3.4 or greater.
