Milford, Newport Men Indicted On Rape Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court Roundup

Nashua woman indicted on child beating charge; another Mass. man indicted after Dodge Durango SRTs thefts; man faces strangulation charge.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.

Mushimiyamana Firdous, 31, of Salvail Court in Nashua, on a felony second-degree assault charge. She was accused of beating a child with a cord causing abrasions and markings on March 4 in Nashua.

Edwin Flores, 38, of East Hartford Avenue in Uxbridge, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing between $1,000 and $1,500 in men’s clothing from Macy’s on Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua on Jan. 27, 2024.

Derek Gaillot, 20, of Manners Avenue in Brockton, MA, on three theft by unauthorized taking-accomplice and two criminal mischief-accomplice charges, all felonies. He acted in concert with Micaiah Taylor, Nelshon Pires, and Marc Etienne, to steal three Dodge Durango SRTs and damaging two Dodge Durango SRTs at Allen Mello Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Nashua on March 2, 2024, according to the indictments.

Christopher Gassett, 57, of Victory Drive in Newport, on second-degree assault and four aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. Samantha Gervais, 32, incarcerated in the Hillsborough County Jail in Manchester at the time of the indictment, on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, psilocybin, fentanyl and para-flurorfentanyl mix, and methylphenidate, in Hudson on Feb. 11 and March 15, 2023.

Ramon Quezada Ramirez, 45, of Spaulding Street in Milford, on reckless conduct and criminal mischief charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving his vehicle into another vehicle more than once on Oct. 4, 2024, in Milford and causing an injury to another person.

Francis Romero Ramos, 40, of Ledge Street in Nashua, on a felony second-degree charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Feb. 28 in Nashua.

John Rank, 59, of Mooreland Street in Milford, on attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault and four aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of attempting to rape a woman by saying, words to the effect of, “If you scream, I’m going to f--- you in the a--” and raping and sexually assaulting her on Jan. 26 in Milford.

Samuel Robie, 43, of Chester Street in Chester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Hudson after being convicted on theft charges in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in November 2010 and receiving stolen property in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2017.

Richard L. Royea, 43, of Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charges on Jan. 20 in Nashua.
