Mine Falls Park Trail Day on April 19

The Mine Falls Park Advisory Committee is sponsoring a trail day Saturday for clean-up and renovation efforts. The trail day is from 9 a.m. to noon.

Pre-registration is not required and all volunteers are to get a free t-shirt, according to the city's announcement of the trail day.

The advisory committee was established to protect, preserve, and enhance the natural and recreational features of the popular and historic Mine Falls Park.
