More Than 15K Eversource Customers Without Power In Nashua, Merrimack

NASHUA, NH — More than 15,000 Eversource customers are without power in central and southern New Hampshire.

Just before 12:30 p.m. on Friday, between 1,000 and 1,500 customers were reportedly without power in Amherst and Milford. Outages between 500 and 1,000 customers included Londonderry, Merrimack, Nashua, and Windham, as well as Epping, Newfields, New Boston, Barrington, Derry, and Loudon.

More minor outages were reported in Bedford, Manchester, Portsmouth, Hollis, Goffstown, Litchfield, Dover, and Durham.

The company reported varying restoration times.

Blustery wind gusts, as high as 40 mph, have knocked down trees and branches, which have knocked down wires around the state. The wind is expected to continue throughout the day.
