Multi-Car Accident Shuts Down West Hollis St.

Four injured and one arrest was made in this crash that has detoured traffic on West Hollis Street.

UPDATE: 10:15 a.m. Oct. 5: The accident scene has been cleared and West Hollis is open to traffic.

Original story: A two-car accident shut down traffic on West Hollis Street at Palm Street through the night and into Saturday morning.

Nashua Police Sgt. Joseph Molinari said that one arrest was made in the crash, which left four people injured. He said more details would be coming once the accident investigation is completed.

Scanner reports from 12:30 p.m. Oct. 5 reflect a report of a two-car crash with entrapment. Police have shut down traffic on West Hollis at Palm Street, Molinari said, and a detour at Palm Street will remain in place for most of Saturday morning. 

"Our investigation team has been on the scene all night and will likely be done in a few more hours," Molinari said at about 9 a.m. Oct. 5.
