The Nash Casino Raises Limits For Table Game Wagering
New wager limits will vary, but players will now have a chance to win higher payouts. More revenue will be raised for charity, too.
NASHUA, NH — The Nash Casino, New Hampshire’s largest charitable gaming venue, has removed maximum bet limits for all table games, pursuant to a recent change in state law which eliminated a $50 maximum per wager.
New wager limits will vary by game, but players will now have a chance to win higher payouts, and more revenue will be raised for charity, as a result.
“Increasing our table limits marks an exciting new chapter for The Nash,” The Nash General Manager Eric Althaus said. “The opportunities that arise from players being able to bet more per play are bountiful — including greater monthly contributions to our nonprofit partners.”

This change is already in effect for table games of chance, such as blackjack, poker, roulette, Spanish 21, Pai Gow and others, and will go into effect for historical horse racing (HHR) machines at a later date.
According to state law, 35 percent of games of chance revenues and 8.75 percent of HHR machine revenues are set aside for two nonprofits assigned to each week of gaming. The combined revenues are split evenly between the two nonprofits. In addition, 10 percent of games of chance and 16.5 percent of HHR revenues are contributed to the state Education Trust Fund.
