Nashua Felon Accused Of Possessing Gun, Shooting Woman In The Face: Superior Court Indictment Roundup

Woman indicted on riot charge; man accused of firing a gun near others in New Ipswich while drinking; man indicted on stabbing charges.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.

Alissa Selena R. Gutierrez, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge in Hudson on Oct. 4, 2024.

Joseph Hall, 37, of Pine Street in Nashua, on three felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Hudson on Oct. 12, 2024, and Target in Nashua on May 21 and June 18. Twice before, according to the indictment, Hall was convicted on theft charges in Merrimack District Court in October 2008 and Hills North in July 2014.

Cameron Michael Harris, 20, of Hurricane Hill Road in Mason, on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of firing a 9 mm handgun in a wooded area in the dark near a residential area and a group of people while consuming alcohol on March 2 in New Ipswich.

Erica E. Lake, 36, of Ash Court in Nashua, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-crack cocaine charge on March 27 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession charge in Hills South in July 2023.

Micaiah Taylor, 22, of Rockland Street in North Easton, Massachusetts, on two criminal mischief and three theft by unauthorized taking; accomplice charges, all felonies. He worked in concert with Derek Gaillot, Neshon Pires, and Marc Etienne to steal two Dodge Durangos from Allen Mello Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Nashua on March 2, 2024.

Jose Vazquez, 23, of Tyler Street in Nashua, on second-degree assault, falsifying physical evidence, and two first-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of stabbing another person with a knife on March 18 in Nashua. Vazquez was also accused of concealing the knife to impair an investigation by Nashua police. Denis I. Velez, 44, of Temple Street in Nashua, on five felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and crack cocaine. He was accused of selling fentanyl on July 31, Aug. 19, 2024, intending to sell crack cocaine on Aug. 19, 2024, and possessing crack cocaine and fentanyl Jan. 2 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, Velez was convicted on a possession charge in Hills South in January 2013.

Choaniel Martinez Virella, 21, of Blossom Street in Nashua, on a felony count of riot. She was accused of traveling to Ash Street in Nashua on Nov. 26, 2024, while armed with a gun, where she knew others would be, and where multiple shots were fired at another person. Hayden Wilburn, 32, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on March 31 in Nashua.

Paul Williams, 31, of Nashua, incarcerated at the Hillsborough County Jail in Manchester, on felon in possession and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing a gun, pointing it at a woman, and shooting her in the face on April 25 in Nashua.

Mengbin Ye, 22, of 55th Street in Brooklyn, New York, on a felony attempted theft by deception charge. Ye was accused of visiting a home in Pelham expecting to be given money, which was a substantial step toward the commission of a crime.
