Nashua Firefighters Responded To A Car Fully Engulfed In Fire
People stopped and alerted firefighters at the Pine Hill Road station which aided in a quick response. Charron Ave was closed for one hour.
NASHUA, NH - Nashua Fire received multiple reports of a vehicle fire at the intersection of Charron Avenue and Pine Hill Road on Saturday.
A person stopped at the Pine Hill Road fire station which is just down the street from the intersection and firefighters were able to prepare to respond before it was dispatched.
While crews were responding to the fire and smoke was visible from a distance, they arrived to heavy fire inside the compact vehicle. Three occupants of the vehicle were all able to
escape uninjured and watched as the fire was extinguished.

Hydraulic tools were used by firefighters to force open the hood, doors, and trunk to gain access and fully extinguish the fire.
Nashua Police closed Charron Ave and directed traffic around the incident while crews worked. D&R towing came to the scene and removed the vehicle, the scene was cleared within about one hour.

The fire in the vehicle appears to have been caused by some type of mechanical failure.
