Nashua Granite Shield Crime Sweep Nets 6

Nashua police said the latest Granite Shield crime sweep netted six arrests.

NASHUA, NH -- Six individuals were arrested in the latest Nashua Granite Shield crime sweep, police announced Wednesday. The sweep was conducted Tuesday and the individuals were charged with crimes involving methamphetamine and heroin, among other drugs, according to Nashua Police Capt. James Testaverde. Granite Shield is a state-funded police program targeting opioid distribution in New Hampshire.

"Individuals were arrested for various drug crimes, and various crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity," Testaverde said in a statement.

These are the individuals arrested Tuesday:

  • Jason Voisine, 37, of Hudson, was charged with heroin possession and released on bond.
  • Dylan Butler, 23, of Concord, was charged with methamphetamine possession and released on bond.
  • Kevin Dumont, 31, of Nashua, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court related to a theft charge. He was held in custody pending an arraignment.
  • Daniel Bergeron, 18, of Nashua, was arrested on a warrant for criminal threatening and transferred to the custody of New Hampshire State Police.
  • Ryan Luther, 26, of Manchester, was arrested on a warrant for theft. He was transferred to the custody of Milford police.
  • Hakim Marsh, 42, of Nashua, was charged with methamphetamine possession and released on bond.

Nashua police said anyone with information about illegal drug activity can contact their narcotics hotline at 603-594-3597.

Earlier this month, another Granite Shield sweep netted five arrests.
