Nashua Man Accused Of DUI And Conduct After Accident In 7 Car Crash
Police say Ryan Ferguson was arrested after he returned to the scene of the accident in the area of Coliseum Avenue and Broad Street.
NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man is accused of driving while intoxicated and walking away from a seven-vehicle accident in the area of Coliseum Avenue and Broad Street Wednesday.
Nashua Fire Rescue, AMR ambulance, and Nashua police received several reports of a multi-vehicle accident at about 7 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers discovered that seven vehicles were involved in the accident, and some occupants had suffered injuries. Nashua firefighters and AMR ambulance medics worked to evaluate, treat, and triage multiple people who were in the vehicles that were struck.

Officers observed Ryan Ferguson, 38, of Nashua, walking away from the accident but eventually returned, according to Nashua Police Sergeant John Cinelli.
Through observation, Cinelli said it was observed Ferguson was intoxicated and he was placed under arrest. Nashua police determined that Ferguson was at fault for the accident, which heavily damaged several vehicles.

Ferguson was released on bail pending arraignment at the 9th Circuit District Division – Nashua Court on Oct. 5, 2023.
