Nashua Man Accused Of Sex Assault

Nashua police said Nicholas Clark was arrested after officers received a report of a sex assault in July.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man was arrested Friday and accused of sexually assaulting a woman, according to police. Nicholas Clark, 22, was charged with two counts of sexual assault, one count of attempted sexual assault and one count of attempted aggravated sexual assault. He was released on $500 bond pending an arraignment.

Police Capt. Jonathan Lehto said officers opened an investigation in July after receiving a report that Clark sexually assaulted a woman.

"The victim and suspect are known to one another," Lehto said in a statement.

Clark will be arraigned March 7 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
