Nashua Man Arrested During Alleged Oxycodone Deal

Arthur Voutselas was charged with distribution of a Class B substance.

A Nashua man was arrested on Friday after he allegedly sold oxycodone to another man in Tewksbury, MA.

Tewksbury Police said detectives watched the drug transaction occur on Andover Street, which led to the seizure of oxycodone pills.

Following the incident, officers arrested Arthur Voutselas, 22, of 25 Robinson Road, Nashua, and charged him with distribution of a Class B substance. In addition, Philip Demeris, 30, of 38 Graniteville Road, Chelmsford, was taken into custody and charged with possession of a Class B substance for the oxycodone pills.

Demeris and Vouteselas are each scheduled to be arraigned in Lowell District Court on Monday.
