Nashua Man Arrested On Sexual Assault Charges

NASHUA, NH — A 37-year-old man was arrested Monday on multiple charges of sexual assault, according to Nashua police.

Luis Bernardo Alba of Nashua faces a special felony charge and a class A misdemeanor charge after a victim accused him of sexually assaulting them on multiple occasions. The victim went to the police on Sunday and police arrested Alba the following day.

Alba's special felony charge means he could face time in the New Hampshire State Prison. He is being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections in Manchester, New Hampshire, pending his arraignment.
